Review:

This methodological guide 's main objective is to establish the criteria that reveal the assets constituting the industrial mining heritage and deserve to be preserved for inclusion in the general procedure of environmental impact assessment of the project implementation. The development of this guide should not be considered as an additional requirement to that already required by RDL 1/2008, and that in Art.1.3 c ) and 7.1 c ) of that regulation provides that the Environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA) identify, describe and assess in each case , the direct and indirect effects of a project on the historical and cultural heritage.
