Review:

This book deals with the environmental position of our mining industry and its openness to the introduction of new concepts and visions, therefore, is a small treatise on environmental issues applied to an industrial sector that calls for its continuation. On the other hand is the first time that all the Spanish energy mining industry (metal mining, nonmetallic: aggregates, natural stone and industrial minerals) has made a critical assessment of the environmental problems of the sector and has proposed a set of solutions and actions to contribute to a collective awareness and improve the response of all actors involved meet the demands of sustainable development.
